About
Welcome to my culinary exploration, where today we dive into the vibrant world of La Kasita. Nestled in the heart of Fort Myers, Florida, this gem promises an unforgettable dining experience filled with bold flavors and a welcoming atmosphere.
Located at 2620 Fowler St, Fort Myers, FL 33901, La Kasita offers more than just a meal; it provides a culinary journey that pays homage to rich cultural traditions through its menu. The restaurant is conveniently accessible, offering both delivery and reservations, making it an ideal choice for any occasion.
The standout feature of La Kasita is undoubtedly its exquisite seafood offerings. If you’re a fan of mariscos, the Camarones al Ajillo, a delectable shrimp scampi priced at $19.99, is a must-try. This dish is perfectly cooked, with a crispy exterior and tender fish inside that sings with flavors of the sea.
For those looking for something hearty, the Yaroa selections are an enticing fusion of flavors. Indulge in the Mixta Yaroa for $14.99, or savor the chicken and beef variations, both priced reasonably, underlining La Kasita's commitment to delivering quality without compromise.
In addition to the fantastic food, La Kasita boasts an inviting ambiance enhanced by the presence of a television, perfect for catching up on your favorite shows while enjoying a meal with friends and family. Whether you're hoping to have a night out or a cozy dinner, La Kasita caters to all.

“ Great Dominican food and service. Great comfort food ”
“ Im not even done eating. Im sitting at this table trying to figure out why this place isnt wall to wall packed. Im from new york and we have a big dominican presence there so Dominican food is easy to find, not here though. Until now ! If youre reading this get yourself here immediately!! The food is amazing and it feels like a sunday morning in brooklyn. There are no salt and pepper shakers or hot sauce on these tables BECAUSE YOU DONT NEED THEM!. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give. ”
“ The atmosphere, the food, the music! Everything was great! Me and my wife stopped by after traveling through FL, we were going to the Haitian spot a couple doors down but the atmosphere was lacking, so we seen this place and just went inside, we were welcomed warmly. We sat down and went over the menu , we had rice, beans, plantain and coconut fish sauce over fried fish! It was sooo good! We will definitely be returning back here when traveling through Fort Myers, FL. ”
“ Very family oriented and very nice folks. The owner of this restaurant is very friendly and welcoming. The food is very delicious and its truly a taste of Dominica Republic. Ive had lunch here and dinner several times and all of them has truly been really delicious. I will continue to come back and bring my family. Breakfast lunch and dinner is served hot. Friday nights and Saturday nights music is played with a lively atmosphere. There is a review video on YouTube from a channel called tales of 3N. Please check it out. ”
